Financial Disclaimer

Version: 2026-10-28.1. Effective date: 28 October 2026.

1. Information for planning

Finooi is intended to help organise and understand financial information. Budgets, summaries, charts, alerts, goals and forecasts are informational planning aids. They are not instructions to buy or sell a product, take out credit, change a pension, make a tax filing or enter another financial arrangement.

Signed-in financial screens use your manually entered, saved accounts, balances, transactions, transfers and monthly budgets. Forecasts use those records; they are not bank-verified or a guarantee of future balances. The separate demonstration uses sample data that is not your financial history. Neither view is suitable on its own as evidence of affordability, business performance or tax liabilities.

2. Inputs and assumptions

Calculations depend on the figures and assumptions supplied, including valuation dates, recurring payments, income timing, tax assumptions and the distinction between personal and company money. Missing transactions, stale balances, duplicate transfers, rounding, software errors or changed circumstances can materially affect results.

A forecast is a scenario, not a promise. Estimated Tax Liability and Suggested Tax Reserve do not determine what is legally due. A goal, cash-floor alert or credit overview does not establish that a plan is affordable or that borrowing will be approved. Check significant outputs against original records and appropriately qualified advice before acting.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Using the application does not guarantee increased wealth, savings, debt reduction, investment returns or improved financial performance. It cannot predict changes in income, markets, interest rates, tax rules or your circumstances. Outcomes may differ substantially from a displayed projection, including a projection that appears precise.

4. No personalised professional advice

The service does not provide personalised regulated investment or mortgage advice, or professional tax, legal or accounting advice. It is not a replacement for an assessment of your circumstances by an appropriately qualified professional. The software should not be described as FCA-authorised merely because it displays financial information; no regulatory status for the operator has been verified in this project.

Seek advice appropriate to the decision and check any relevant professional authorisation. You remain responsible for deciding what action to take and for meeting your obligations. This statement does not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Terms of Service explain responsibility and liability.

5. No live banking assumption

No live banking or Open Banking connection is implemented. Displayed balances and transactions are not bank confirmations, and no bank accounts or payment instructions are controlled through the application. Manually entered balances may be out of date or omit pending activity.

Limited-company funds must not automatically be treated as personally available cash. Cross-context totals can be useful planning views but do not establish legal ownership, distributable profits, tax treatment or the right to withdraw money from a business.

6. Reports and future features

The Financial Snapshot PDF is planned as an independent report, not audited accounts, a statutory return, a personal-data export or an account-deletion tool. Actual PDF generation is not implemented in the current demonstration. Any future export retains the same input and calculation limitations and should be shared with suitable context.

Adding bank connections, new forecasting methods or other features will require validation and review of this disclaimer. No capability, regulatory permission or performance commitment arises simply because a feature appears in the product plan. Read the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
